This menu-like brochure contains healthy choices for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner — all certified as healthy by Nadine Tengco — from participating Eastwood City restaurants such as Agave Mexican Cantina, Cyma Greek Taverna, Mr. Kurosawa, Komrad, Mesclun Bistro, Faburrito, CafĂ© Via Mare, Cibo, Uncle Cheffy, Pho Hoa, Seafood Island, Mr. Bean and Detoxify Bar.

A Healthy Menu for A Healthier You is available for free at the Eastwood Mall Concierge beginning January 25. Guests can also look for the logo of Nadine Tengco at different Eastwood City establishments and get their brochure.
Fitness buffs and those looking to lose the Holiday weight and prepare for the summer, meanwhile, can join a fun fitness activity at the Weekend Workouts.
This free weekend workout sessions by Fitness First and Curves is open to all every Saturday until March 8 at the Eastwood Mall Open Park. Registration starts at 8:00AM and is free to interested parties.
Fitness enthusiasts will surely love the different fitness classes from Fitness First like Zumba, Retro, Body Jam, Hip-hop, Yoga and Body Combat. Meanwhile, starting February 15, guests can enjoy Zumba fitness classes and learn more about the highly recommended circuit workout of Curves.
Those who will register for the Weekend Workouts will get a passport containing all the workout sessions from the two fitness establishments. Exciting prizes and giveaways also await those who will finish all the sessions at the end of the program
