Those who attended the free seminar on How to Develop Your Business Food Idea got an advantage of possibly winning the coveted prize of the upcoming New Big Food Entrepreneur contest.

The free seminar on How to Develop Your Business Food Ideas during the  startup of Food Entrepreneur Weekend last October 25 (Saturday) in Mercato Centrale tent in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City.

It was when the organizers of the event leaked the secret success formula of those who became successful with the Mercato Centrale.  The attendees were picking gems of valuable insights from the revealing presentation of RJ Ledesma.

RJ Ledensma, the co-founder of the Mercato Centrale recently becomes the Globe MyBusiness Ambassador and shares his insights and experiences on how the Social Media influences the success of those who joined the Mercato Centrale and stressed a number of points on why Mercato Centrale is so ideal for entrepreneurs. 
RJ talks about some of  the secret formula that he and his co-founder and associates were able to establish that brought them success in Mercato Centrale.

Author of Philippine Food, Cooking, and Dining Dictionary - the first and only published Pinoy food and dining dictionary. The book won the national category as Philippine's finalist to the Gourmand Awards international food writing contest in Yantai, Shandong, China to be held in May 2017. A home cook who loves to enhance, modify, elaborate, experiment if not invent more of  Pinoy dishes and delicacies.
